He was predeceased by : his father Dr. J. Albert Baxter; and his sister Denise Baxter. He is survived by : his mother Yvonne Baxter Montgomery; his wife Cindy Baxter; his son James Baxter; his grandchildren, Amadea Goodman, Jamisan Baxter and Bodhi Baxter; his sisters, Karen Garibay (Manuel), Lisa Gettig (Greg) and Trisha Harrahill (Mike); and his stepmother Lorie Baxter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
