She is survived by: her husband Dr. Kory Huebert of Keizer, OR; her son Matthew Thorp (Heather Empkey) of Firestone, CO; her grandchildren, Zackery Empkey of Northglenn, CO and Gaberyel Thorp of Firestone, CO; and her sisters-in-law, Kimberly Pace (Nathan Miller) of Greeley, CO and Karla Block (Charles) of Henderson, NE. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and so, so many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the American Red Cross, or Guide Dogs for the Blind.
