She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thacker and Stella Thacker (Fair); her brother Harold Fox (Ethel); her niece Anita Daily; her sister Marjorie Leach; and her son-in-law Kent Goar.

She is survived by: her husband Marlin Cox; and her children, Jim Cox (Denise), Jan Goar and Jeff Cox.
