He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Holverstott and Mae Holverstott. He is survived by: his wife Monica; his stepdaughter Megan; his son Christopher; his sisters, Patty Heavner and Carla Coward; and his sibling-in-law Davids. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and a new grand daughter.
