He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Farmen and Alice Farmen. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Farmen and Aaron Farmen (Maria); his grandchildren, Leo J. Farmen, Lucas D. Farmen and Sierra Cornwell; and his sisters, Karen Kennedy (John) and Patricia Tibbets.
In memory of Michael, the family suggests that donations be made in his honor to Santiam High School Basketball or Mazamas.org, supporting the passions that were dear to his heart.
