It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Steinbock of Salem, Oregon, who passed away on May 7, 2026, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Biegler and Eleanor Biegler (Lamb); her grandson Aaron Johns; and her sisters, Mary Allen and Dorothy Westfall.
She is survived by: her significant other Steven Scharer; her children, Theresa Johns (Al), Michael Steinbock (Robin Mickle Myers) and Richard Steinbock (Cathy Long); her stepsons, Curt Scharer (Miriam) and Craig Scharer (Marissa); her grandchildren, Casandra, Melissa, Lyric, Justin, Danielle, Brittney, Courtney, Amanda, Chris, Jordan, Trevon, Tanner, Taylor, Idan, Sydney, Dennis, Abigail, Jason, Joanne and Ralph; and her brother Robert Biegler. She is also survived by her 22 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.
