He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee Edwards Skinner and Robert Lee Skinner Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Debra Sue Wilcox; and his siblings, Christine Bonner of Georgia, Gary Skinner of Salem, OR and Tommy Skinner of Coolidge, AZ. He is also survived by many many nieces and nephews.
