He is survived by: his granddaughters, Piper and Paisley; his wife Kim Heide; his children, Jen Fredinburg (Tyler) and Scott Heide (Jessica); his grandchildren, Nolan and Abigail Heide; his brothers, Jamie (Rejeania), Tony (Kathy) and Tracy (Suzie); his siblings-in-law, Steve Faulkner (Laurie), Doug Faulkner (Debbie) and Carla Heide; and his mother-in-law Mary Jane Faulkner.
