She was predeceased by: her parents, Donna Charlene (Johnston) and Maurice Leon Cohn. She is survived by: her husband Paul Benton Johnson; her sons, Jeffrey Todd Johnson (Michelle Rosier) and Gregory Scott Johnson; and her siblings, Linda Muriel Swanson (Gaylord), Deborah Diane Pine (Patrick) and Alan Kent Cohn (Greta Horn). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to Marion Polk Food Share/Meals on Wheels, NAMI, National Kidney Association, or the Oregon Humane Society Salem Campus.
