He was predeceased by: his father David. He is survived by: his wife Miranda; his children, Elizabeth and David; his mother Suzanne; his brother Erick; his grandmother Marion Flory; his stepmother Sheryl Garrison Wetzel; and his parents-in-law, Janet Brown, Patty, Cody and Casey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
