He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Mosbaugh; his children, Jeff of Scio and Catherine Cooper (Chris) of Maple Valley, WA; his stepchildren, Brian McNeill of McMinnville, Stephen (Loretta) of Upland, CA, Brian Mosbaugh of Moab, UT and Christine Mosbaugh (Steve Spurgeon) of Albany; his brother Gary Patton of Havasu City, AZ; and his brother-in-law Leonard Jackson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Restlawn Funeral Home (201 Oak Grove Rd, Salem, OR 97304).
