He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Stair and Esther Stair (Mohrherr); his son-in-law Dick Leslie; and his stepdaughter Tina Whitman. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Stair; his daughters, Debbie Leslie of Dallas, Linda Stair of Salem and Janet Monk of Salem; his stepchildren, Glynis Whitman (Keith Klyver) of Salem, Cathleen and Jeff Ross of Salem; and his siblings, Camilla Stair, Doug Stair (Karen) and Don Stair (Sue). He is also survived by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
