It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Cecilia Kinsley in Salem, Oregon, who passed away on September 2, 2025, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Travis Kinsley; her grandparents, Mary Poitra, Fred Kinsley, Edna Kinsley and Susan Manuel; and her aunts and uncles, Kevin Poitra, Terry Poitra, Jasper Kinsley, Fred Kinsley Jr., Catherine Kinsley, Lois Kinsley, Barbera Poitra and Lita Redhorn.
She is survived by: her mother Sherry Poitra (Odam Nation); her children, Lilyana and Travis Kinsley; her siblings, Eli Kinsley, Francis Franco, Joshua Franco, Jorge Franco, Alexandria Kinsley, Marissa Ochoa and Melissa Franco; her aunts, Natalie Ramos and Rolanda "Peggy" Briseno; and her uncle Christopher Wilkie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
