He was predeceased by: his mother Arlene Duren. He is survived by: his children, Steve Suppes, Kevin Suppes, Jennifer Knieriemen and Terry; his grandchildren, Faith, Raylynn, Lance, Hunter and Emily; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Amara and Alfred; his siblings, Butch and Connie; and his stepfather Otis Roady.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to Terry's heart.
