“Billy was the neighbor "kid" who lived around the corner from my family in Eugene and was ALWAYS the sweet, kind kid you liked to talk to. He and Barb were a mainstay of Harris St. who went to school with us - in the days when all of the kids played outside in the street and all the families knew one another. May Billy rest in peace.
