He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edwin, Doris Bottenberg of Ipava, Max and Viola Marshall of Table Grove, Illinois.. He is survived by: his parents, George E. Bottenberg and Ann Marshall Bottenberg of Charles City; his wife Deborah of Sandy; his grandchildren, Emma Alison, Tessa Marie and Dean Thomas Clinton; and his siblings, Charles Bottenberg (Ellyn) of Princeville, Deborah Laverdiere (Joe) of Peoria and Mary Jones (Ron) of Waterloo. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
