With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deanna Duke Arbuckle (Sandy, Oregon), who passed away on September 28, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Inda Limbo Duke and Garland Thomas Duke, Sr.; her husband Robert Arbuckle; her siblings, Garland Duke, Jr., Robert Duke and Merle Walker; and her son Charles Kibling, III.
She is survived by: her children, Jessie Monaco, Terri Winkle and Gene'Boots'Burgess (Marie). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sandy Funeral Home (39551 Pleasant St, Sandy, OR 97055). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
