He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Packard and Lillian Packard; his wife Charlotte; and his sisters, Berniece Lundgren and Blanche Lundbom.

He is survived by : his daughters, Teresa Fisher, Deborah Driscoll and Janice Packard; his grandchildren, Jason Driscoll, Amelia Driscoll and Deanna Driscoll; and his great grandchild Ross Irvin-Driscoll. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
