He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Jacobson and Martha Jacobson; and his daughter Leasa. He is survived by: his family, Jeffrey, Todd, Leasa and Daniel; his wife Sally Heitzman; his sons, Jeffrey, Todd and Daniel; and his sisters, Joyce Grazetti and Kathy Voytko.
