He was predeceased by : his parents, Tom Newlands and Etta Newlands; his brothers, James and Ron; his niece Tammy; and his nephew Jim.
He is survived by : his wife Marcia Newlands; his pet Dash; his daughters, Colleen Hartman (Eric), Lori Stephens (John), Jennifer, Angela and Tina (Doug); his grandchildren, Brooke (Craig), Kelsey (Josh), Crystal (Will), Christopher, Caitlin, Natalie, Warren, James and Aleck; and his great grandchildren, Antonio, Deegan, Kaydence, Shelby and Bowen.
