She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Schwab and Erma Schwab; her siblings, Karen King, Marvin Schwab and Carma Daughtery; and her stepdaughter Nancy Felde.

She is survived by : her husband Bill Halbrook; her daughter Cherene Ellinger (Marc); her stepsons, Doug Halbrook (Kathy), Kim Halbrook (Vangie) and Kirk Halbrook; her sisters, Maurine Buckner (Charles) and Kristine Tudor (Bill); her grandchildren, Kyleigh Erickson (Tyler), Logan Ellinger and Joshua Ellinger (Kaylene); and her great grandchildren, Parker, Ryder and Henley.
