It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Lee Hamilton of Scappoose, Oregon, born in McCook, Nebraska, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frances Hamilton and Lloyd Hamilton; and his sons, Chuck, Tom and Jerry (Peggy Hamilton).

He is survived by : his wife Peggy Grimes (Jones); his brothers, Larry Hamilton of Nebraska, John Hamilton of Troutdale Oregon, Maretta Grimes of Scappoose Oregon and Lenny Grimes of Longview Washington; and his grandchildren, Twila, Dustin, Khristina, Derek, Drew of Mindi, TJ, Jasai, Ke'andre, Taylor, Kaeden, Korrin, Kaden, Alison, Brooklyn, Elijah, Anthony and Brayden. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.
