He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Robinson; and his brother Scott Lee Moulton. He is survived by: his wife Miranda; his children, Edward Moulton, Daniel Moulton (Lacey), Kendal Roozeboom (Jorden) and Dixie Rector; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Anthony, Austin, Steven, Sue, Danlyn, Savannah, Kloe, Kolbie, Taylor, Emily, Ciera and Bennett; his great grandchildren, Mason, Clyve, Verlyn and Maisey; and his brothers, Keith Pinster and Walt Sutterfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
