He is survived by: his sons, Rip Lewis (Leslie) and Guy Lewis (Madeleine); and his grandchildren, Travis Lewis (Ellie), Will Lewis, Erica Vanausdoll (Chris), Drew Lewis, Caitlin McKee (Marc) and Connor Lewis (Lacey). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Halsey/Shedd Volunteer Fire Department or Cure Alzheimer's Fund.
