He is survived by: his wife Jill Thornton; his children, Dan (Kathy), Verna, Pat (Barb) and Cindy (Jeff); and his stepson Dane (Cassandra). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
