He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hill and Juanita Hill (Shaw); and his siblings, Joyce Nickerson and Frank Hill. He is survived by: his significant other Lily Phelps; and his children, Jeannie Grayson, Tracy O'Neil and Roy Hill Jr.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
