She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Launder and Elizabeth Launder; and her brother Jimmy. She is survived by: her husband Jim Halloran; her nephews, Ray and Bob Launder; her siblings, Shirley Grace Launder, Scott and Wayne Carr; and her nieces and nephews, Ron, Sandy, Elys, Almitra, Vanessa, Ixchel Carr of Oregon, Seth, Skyler Carr and Marc Mendoza of California. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Unger Funeral Chapel (229 Mill St, Silverton, OR 97381). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Willamette National Cemetery (10800 SE Mt Scott Blvd, Portland, OR 97266).
