He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Ulven; and his brother Darrin. He is survived by: his father Andy Ulven; his wife Adrian; his children, Madison (Darren), Drake (Kyleigh), Talon and Keegan; and his brother Mike (Whitney). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
