He is survived by: his mother Hillary Gutierrez Cruz Carvajial; and his siblings, Valerie Provstgaard, Crystal Provstgaard-Klein, Naomi Provstgaard and Joseph Cruz Gutierrez (Alina Gutierrez).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Unger Funeral Chapel (229 Mill St, Silverton, OR 97381).
