He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Tara Baldridge (Chris), Molly Hlavinka (Devin) and Samantha Wiegand; his grandchildren, Sofie, Coleston, Allie, Sabby, Ethan and Naomi; and his siblings, Dean Meade and Patti Forrest. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Unger Funeral Chapel (229 Mill St, Silverton, OR 97381). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the The Farm (11506 Kaufman Rd NE, Silverton, OR 97381).
