She was predeceased by: her parent Vern; her brother Dale Dial (Leonard Polley); and her daughter Nancy Polley. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Polley; her children, Kathy Conover (Ken) and Craig Polley (Linna); her grandchildren, Jason Conover (Mikel), Matthew Conover (Carrie), Lindsay Pemberton (John) and Christopher Polley (Jessica); her siblings, Dean Dial (Jo) and Judy Van Orden; and her sister-in-law Fay Dial. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
