He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Marshall (Bud) and Thelma Marshall (Gert). He is survived by : his wife Christine; his son Charles; his brother Bob Marshall (Cheryl); and his sisters-in-law, Vickie Henderson (Bob) of Eugene and Shelley Carlson of Eugene.

To honor him, donations can be made in Frank's memory to the Peter Moore Hospice House at 4010 County Farm Road, Eugene, OR. 97408.
