He was predeceased by: his parents, Ladru Misner and Muriel Ruckman; and his brothers, Robert and John Misner. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Jean Parks; and his daughters, Susan L. Sytsma of Harrisburg, OR, Margaret A. Koch of Crane, OR and Kathryn P. Bell of Marcola, OR.. He is also survived by wife, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
