It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Phillips of Springfield, Oregon, born in Grants Pass, Oregon, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Jack Harris and Helen Harris (Throgmorton); her husband Jeffrey Phillips; her daughters, Rebecca Phillips of Tualatin, OR and Kelly Phillips-Cerda of Springfield, OR; and her sister Donna Pachl of Brush Prairie, WA. She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren.
