He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Marie Thomas and Ernie Thomas; his brother Bob; his wife Julie; his daughter Amy Janisch; his granddaughter Faith Janisch; his son David (Carlee); and his grandchildren, Callen and Annalia.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Tunnels for Towers (https://t2t.org), an organization honoring the legacy of those who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. The Foundation provides a mortgage-free home to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children.
