He is survived by: his wife Linda Castleberry; his daughters, Tasharra Dunlap, Dawn Castleberry, Marina Mlynczyk and Brandy Duran; his stepchildren, Kim, Danielle and Robert; and his sisters, Nancy and Lynn.
