It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Twyla Bernice Keen (Springfield, Oregon), born in Reliance, South Dakota, who passed away on September 29, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her husband Carl Eugene Keen; and her daughters, Vikki Haffner, Sheri Philpott and Jill Moore. She is also survived by six grand-Children and seven great grandchildren.
