He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelis Kievith and Francisca Kievith. He is survived by: his wife Esther "Camille" Kievith; and his daughters, Rebecca Stepanek (Bryan) of Durango, CO, Carrie Chouinard (Lauren), Lori Kievith (Peter) of Eugene, OR and Julie Kievith (Michael) of Port Orchard, WA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
