He was predeceased by: his father Jean Ramsay Paige of Carluke, Scotland.; his parents-in-law, Edith and Mike Matthews of Ione, OR; and his brother-in-law Pat Thornton of Fernandina Beach, FL.. He is survived by: his brother Tom Derbyshire (Ramsay); his former wife Deanna Bellinger; his friends, Art and Stanfield; his wife Deniece Derbyshire of Hermiston; his daughter April Passmore (Ron) of Spokane, WA; his aunt Yvonne Derbyshire of Napa, CA; his sisters-in-law, Rhonda McBee of Westport, WA and Berniece Thornton of Fernandina Beach, FL; his sibling's children, Cameron Derbyshire of Springfield, OR, Mike Thornton (Sarah) of Windsor, CT and Keely Braun (Justin) of Kenosha, WI; his cousin Tom Ramsay (England) of Essex; his great-niece Frances; his great-nephew Finn of Windsor, CT.; Ron, Ryan Spangler, Grant Spangler, Jackson Passmore and Addison Spangler. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Clara Ramos Memorial Scholarship OR to the Stanfield High School Track and Field Team.
