She was predeceased by : her parents, James Norman Bailey Sr. and Wanda Mae Bailey (Smith); and her siblings, Wanda, Jim, Gordon, Russell, Roger, Mary, Chuck and Lawrence.

She is survived by : her friend David Keltz of Stanfield, OR; her children, Steve Keltz (Lisa) of Hermiston, OR, David Keltz Jr. (Sherry) of Stanfield, OR and Connie Davis (David) of Hermiston, OR; her brothers, Robert Bailey Sr. (Jayne) of Stanfield, OR and Paul Bailey (Terri) of Stanfield, OR; and her grandchildren, Shayne, Lyndzee, Schyler, Lane, Sherwood, Carson and Dalton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
