He was predeceased by : his wife Tina Horn; his daughter Jennifer Horn; his parents, Harold Horn and Ethel Horn; and his brothers, Mike and Bill Horn.

He is survived by : his children, Tammi Martin, Tondra Lee (Dale), Alicia Nevil (Scott) and Brian Hight; his grandchildren, Ricky Sariol (Katherine), Cutter Hight, Courtney Stubbs (Nathaniel), Jennifer Morgan (Kory), Victoria Bernardin, Micayla Martin and Kimberly Rill (Brian); his great grandchildren, Lux, Kona, Adeline, Hosanna and Reagan; his sister Harlene Matkovich (Bob); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Horn and Teresa Hubbard (Steve). He is also survived by Many nephews, nieces, cousins, and very dear friends.
