She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Seishin Yamada and Yoshi Shimabukuro; her siblings, Seizen Yamada, Masakatsu Yamada, Masahiko Yamada and Katsuko Kimmy Cornell; her sons, David Masataka Yamada (Claire Mayumi Yamada) and Stephen Johnson; her husband Robert Johnson; her brother Seiko Yamada; her son Raymond E. Johnson (Brandi Morgan); her grandchildren, Lillian Minori Yamada, Rachel Miyuki Yamada, Keary Morgan and Ashton Johnson of Shannon Yardley, JR.; and her great grandchild Grace Diane Yardley.
