He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy May Johnson and Paul Hershel Higley; and his son Greg (Ella). He is survived by: his son Randy Higley; his daughter-in-law Valerie Higley; and his grandchildren, April Tubbs, Bryan Higley, Kyle Higley, April Barnes and Amanda Barnes. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
