He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Kirk Smith and Carol Rose Jensen (Smith); and his brother Kirk J. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Suzette Boudreaux; and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne Boudreaux and Ed Urbanski.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the North Santiam Watershed Council office (403 North 3rd Avenue, Stayton, OR 97383).
