He is survived by: his mother Anna Gilstrap; his wife Lindsey Castleman; his daughter Carolyn; his stepchildren, Caden Russell (Savannah), Wyatt Versteeg, Elijah Mackey and Jacob Mackey; his grandchildren, David, Micah, Sylas, Jack and Peyton; and his siblings, Julie Love, Kristal Castleman-Schreenan (Chris), Rocksand Castleman (Mike), Jenny Firmanik, Stephanie, Stacy and Dawn Castleman.
