We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2022, at the age of 79, Wilhma Ouellette of Stayton, Oregon, born in Brockton, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Wallace Howard and Doris Howard; her brother Frank Howard; her sister-in-law Hazel Howard; and her sons-in-law, Keith Moore, Miguel Maldonado and Robert Embry.
She is survived by : her daughters, Brownies and Girl Scout; her husband Terry Ouellette; her children, Kathy Gibson (Ken) of Tulsa, OK, Karen Moore of Hanson, MA, Lisa Embry of Salem, OR, Lori Riegelmann (Peter) of Silverton, OR and Marc Ouellette (Bethany) of Alexander, ND.; her grandchildren, Cindy Colbert (Marvin), Cassandra Twomey (Mark), Christine Steele (Brad), Pauline Newsome, Jarid DeJesus, Teresa Maldonado, Antonio Maldonado, Madeline Maldonado, David Maldonado, Justin Ouellette, Jaime Ouellette, Joanne Ouellette, Joshua Spencer (Kristian), Noah Riegelmann and Rianna Riegelmann; her brother Paul Howard; and her sisters-in-law, Marion Gunning (David) and Margaret Howard. She is also survived by friendship with, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
