He is survived by: his wife Launa Mack; his children, Derek (Kayla), Amanda (Juan) and Trevor (Janet); his granddaughters, Emmalyn, Malia and Hattie; and his brothers, Jerry, Jeff and Jay.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Chemeketa Community College (4000 Lancaster Dr NE, Salem, OR 97305).
