She was predeceased by: her father Robert A. Blackwell; her husband John E. Hilburn; her sisters, Irene Johnson and Joan Huff; and her mother Mary Blackwell (Kuckenbaker).
She is survived by: her children, John C. Hilburn and Nancy A. Hendrix; and her sister Kathy McDermott. She is also survived by two grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
