It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Kathleen (Presley) Lowe of Sweet Home, Oregon, born in Lebanon, Oregon, who passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Presley (Counts) and Milton Presley; her husband Leland Lowe; her brother Milford Presley; and her daughter-in-law Darlinda Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Karri Staneart (Matt) of Corvallis and Jason Lowe (Christy Perrigo) of Sweet Home; her brother Jeff Presley of Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Cody, Curtis, Kayla, Joshua and Sarah.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Gilliland Cemetery (1301 50th Ave, Sweet Home, OR 97386).
