Though Delbert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Delbert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Odie Earl and Daisy Mildred Goss (Chandler); his siblings, Bucky, Eleanor, Erlene, Gayla, Phillip, Carol and Kelsey; his former wife Virginia Leona Baxter; and his wife Leona Kropf. He was also cherished by six children, along with 18 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
